Items purchased from the ZZ Armory website are normally shipped via a drop shipping service from our wholesale suppliers. For this reason we will not be held liable for any damage caused to an item during the shipping process once the item has left our facility or the drop shippers facility.
All Items are eligible for return/refund as outlined on this website for a period of 7 days from time of delivery of the item.
That being said, we take pride in providing an excellent level of customer service and should something arrive damaged or be the wrong item, we will do everything we can to make it right as quickly as possible.
Items will Be shipped using USPS, FedEx or UPS and to the extent possible we will provide tracking information in a timely manner. Items will be shipped with no signature required. If the customer would prefer a signature required, it must be specifically requested and an additional fee may be required.
Stock levels in our supplier network fluctuate daily. We do strive to keep our website up to date and choose to only list our most up to date and in stock products on our site. However, we cannot guarantee stock at all times and therefore suggest that if your order is time critical, to please send us an email or make a call to check stock levels.
